I utilize a number of clinical modalities but primarily apply narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, mindfulness-based approaches, grounded in an anti-oppression framework—to support clients in processing loss and fostering resilience.

Additionally, I am trained in Clinical Incident Stress Management (CISM), for intervention following individual and community traumatic events, critical incidents and natural disasters.
